Yes, I'm in a good mood this morning. Went to the 14th Ave. Steakhouse last evening and danced, danced, danced. I noticed a trim woman there 'of a certain age,' very attractive and dancing with so much grace and the energy of a teen-ager! I sidled over beside her and tried to match her rhythm. Wow. It was very aerobic, (I thought about calling for CPR when the music stopped), but I really got an idea about what dancing does for us, physically and mentally. She told me she has followed Kent Taylor Brown for 20 years and never stopped dancing. For sure, I'm going to follow HER example.
During the second set, Marschall Van Doren manned the keyboard and, with Peter Armfield on bass, and Jeff Haley singing requests, Kent was free to play guitar and, happily for us, the saxophone!
Overall, another Wednesday night dance party to enjoy and remember.

Tricia, what a great service you are doing! Keep up the good work... The Beatle Guys were unbelievably great last night at the American Bar and Grill..they were joined by Drummer Ernie and everyone danced the night away.
