Music was good last night at YNOT too, with the versatile Kent Taylor Brown at the keyboard. Large dance floor and great pizza. Kent can play 'just about anything.' He's there every Tuesday, 6:30-9:30.
I know that Blue Star Wine Bar had a Mardi Gras party to celebrate Fat Tuesday last night with "The Jacks" playing. I can only imagine that incredible evening since I wasn't able to make it. I do know that I really enjoy "The Jacks" band.
For Valentine's day, YNOT is having quite the dinner, (includes a bottle of good wine!), music by the superb Rick Collins and Company, so plenty of dancing. Give them a call for details. (see green toolbar above.)
I don't intend to miss the "Wednesday night dance party" tonight at 14th Ave. Steakhouse with the great vocals of Jeff Haley, accompanied by Kent Taylor Brown on keyboard and other instruments. 6-9. Talk about dancing!
Maybe I'll catch the last hour of "Voodoo" at Blue Star! Hey, you only live once!
