Well, some of us know how to have a casual and relaxed time. A bunch 0f live music followers enjoyed listening, singing and dancing to the music of Louis Archambeau at the Patio Saturday night. The music was outside on a mild evening and people having dinner or drinks enjoyed his bluesy/folksy style, (he played with some of the best when he played the Tobacco Road club in Miami for years) and seems to know a thousand songs. Be sure to stop in to the patio next Friday, 7-11 and hear an original voice and several instruments including banjo and auto-harp.
I've gotten word that the band, "Low Key" with Eric Olson and Bob Martens, will be playing at the benefit "Puppy Love Parade", at Blue Star, 2-5, this afternoon.
Also, the Rick Collins band will be playing from the outside balcony, 1-4. Sounds like another happy street party at Blue Star!
I'm looking forward to the 'jam' at the Veterans club today. Never know who will show up to sit in with Kent, Mark and Peter. These three have played together 'forever' and it's some of the best music you'll hear around town.
