I hope you are getting out and to hear some live entertainment, moving the body to the music, greeting friends. Evenings are the best time to go out in summer, so find a venue near you (in Vero, they are all near) and appreciate our great local musicians.
First on my agenda last night was the 14th Avenue Steak House, where I knew I'd find my buddies and of course hear Kent Taylor Brown, Jeff Haley, and guest artists.
After I got my 'workout' there, dancing with any and everyone, I zipped over to the Blue Star
as I had been personally invited by
Gary of the Wiley Nash Band.
This is a very enjoyable 'rockin'
blues' group that plays most
Wednesdays at Blue Star.

I always notice the electric guitar, and Dave Scott can really play it! I'm sometimes grabbed by the bass, (often last night, thanks Gary), but I'm not usually attuned to the drums. But last night, there was something about the way 'big Frank' played them that really held my attention.

He got some well deserved applause from the Blue Star patrons.
When he stands up, the 'big' in front of his name makes a lot of sense!
