TUES 4/26, WED 4/27, THURS 4/28

Well, Veronians, looks like the snowbirdies are flocking back to the north now. There will be a little more room on the roads and in the super markets.
I also learned that the collision body shops are all booked up through May! Maybe now our cars will be safer too!
There is so much good music around town, I'm actually behind in telling you about it.
I was at the comedy club at Riverside Theatre, invited by the Vero Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the band, The Jacks, was playing outside. After the show, I went out to hear them and it's always such good entertainment. Craig Bowers of course on lead guitar and vocals is always a pleasure to hear, and the keyboard player, Ed Karwatske, was especially good that night. Brothers, Chuck and Tommy Shoaf are on bass and drums.

Keyboardist, Ed Karwatske not shown here.
Love that band, be sure to go hear them when you see them posted on verobeachlive.com.

And speaking of keyboardists. After hearing one of Vero's best, Kent Taylor Brown at the Patio, it was such a beautiful evening, I zipped across the bridge to hear Kenny Clark and his friends at the Grind and Grape. What a beautiful evening and what wonderful music! It's a jazzy/bluesy kind of repertoire and Kenny does wonders on that red keyboard!

At the Grind and Grape,
every Monday evening
7:30 to 10: 30

Jeff LaForte, kept things exciting with some impressive action on drums.
Jeff LaForte

Kurtis Wilson,of Cobalt fame, on guitar and vocals, sang "You Send Me" in a way that really 'sent' me!

Guitarist, vocalist Kurtis Wilson and
drummer, Jeff LaForte

I ventured up and did "What a Difference a Day Makes" and that trio made singing a real pleasure!

Jazz outdoors - it was a really lovely evening. Check it out sometime.

Hi Tricia,
It was really nice meeting you last night at the Patio. Again thank you so much for your hard work in doing the verobeachlive. It was a great help in letting me know where and who were playing in the different places. Also I so enjoyed your singing. You just keep that talent going for yourself.
I'm going back to the Patio tonight for Dueling Piano's.. Hopefully I may see you there. If not you take care.

Camille
