Hello Vero's live music fans, 

Cool at last, cool at last, thank God, it's cool at last! 
I'm loving this bright and breezy, sunny winter weather. The air smells like snow. 
Frolicked once again at the kiddies park at the beach. Got a great workout but it was more like play than work.  
    

Great climb to the crows nest.
Good for strength,stretching and co-ordination 

On the two red ropes.
Tougher than it looks! Worked the
biceps and legs. 

Leg lifts - so much nicer than on the gym floor! 

Some entrepreneur needs to build a 'work-out' playground for adults. Get out in the sun and fresh air. Lots of climbing and fun challenges.
