What a busy weekend! Of course, the rain has not made it easy for outdoor events and some were cancelled, but the Pirate Fest was fun anyway. Be sure to take the kids during a dry time this weekend. 

The Vero Beach Pirate Festival 

  this weekend at Riverside Park

Friday, July 31st and runs through Sunday, August 2nd

Admission to the Pirate Fest is Free. 

A voluntary donation of "2 bucks an ear" (Get it? Two Buccaneers)

Open Friday 2pm - 8pm
Saturday 10am-8pm
Sunday 10am-4pm

Fun for the entire family!

Pub Pillage 

Get your Pub Pillage License. Once at the Pub,
show them your license and they will give you the Pirate Map. You purchase a Briney's Gold Shipwreck Rum Drink , you get your map stamped by the bartender at the pub, stay as long
as you like then off to the next Pub.  Once you have all the stamps on your map (and you
have three days to accomplish this), it's off to the "WRAP UP PARTY" Sunday between 6-9pm
at Riverside Cafe, 3341 Bridge Plaza Dr. (under the East side of the Barber Bridge) where
you turn in your completed map with your name, address and phone.

Includes Map, Drink Specials, Prizes, Entertainment,  

Contests and Entry to get stamps and be eligible for the drawing for the
grand prize. The drawing will be held at Riverside Cafe around 8:30pm for a: 

SPANISH GOLD TWO ESCUDOS, MOUNTED IN 14 CARAT GOLD.
Valued at $1,500

in Riverside Park. Just stop by the Vero Beach Chamber Ticket tent.
