We have a short 'nice weather' season- cool, breezy and sunny - so don't miss a chance to get out and move...and breathe!

Thought you should know - Tony and Holly, two really impressive singers, will be doing their last performance of the year at the Grille on the Green at Vista Royal, on Friday 6:30 to 9:30!
