I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I, for one, over-ate but the food was delicious at our friend Holly's home. 

The diet would begin tonight if the fridge wasn't chock full of left-overs!  Hope you feel as grateful as I do with the incredible bounty that fills our lives.
