Hello All,
The new name is Blue Star Brasserie, tres Francais, and Kitty is seriously busy in her kitchen - cooking, cooking - and focusing on French cuisine. I don't think her new menu is out yet, but I can't wait to try the slow braised lamb shank with grilled asperagus and roasted tomatos on polenta that is on the menu now! I know I love the pot pie, which I hope she's keeping for eternity!
And - there's still live music. More focus on jazz, but that night, she had a new voice around town, Timothy Gordon. Very nice, kind of smooth Island sound, beautiful original songs along with tunes like "Caught in a Trap" interspersed. Go hear him when you see him scheduled, you'll like it.
